Jane Garrett Class of 1990

Collegian Appointed to Victorian Ministerial Position

There was great excitement amongst the longer-serving members of staff last week when news filtered through that one of our Collegians, Jane Garrett (Class of 1990) had been appointed a Minister in the new Andrews Labour Government in Victoria. Jane has been given the Emergency Services, Consumer Affairs and Gaming and Liquor Regulation portfolios, holding the seat of Brunswick since 2010. In a recent communication with one of her teachers, Jane said she is looking forward to returning to Radford and speaking with the current students. We congratulate Jane on this significant appointment.
