A day of achievement for all our talented equestrian team members

A day of achievement for all our talented equestrian team members

By Margaret Bowen, Parent Coordinator, Equestrian

The Radford Equestrian Team had an amazing three days at the ACT Equestrian Interschool Championships at Bungendore Showground in early November, achieving second place overall (behind Canberra Girls Grammar) and second in the Secondary School section. Every team member won and/or placed in multiple events.  Congratulations to our talented riders!

The competition itself was gruelling, with wild weather including extreme heat and thunderstorms. The fantastic result came from much hard work and dedicated practice by team members and their horses competing at the event.
