Library introduces "click and collect"

A new service from the Library

A new service from the Library

From Susan Davenport, Head of Library and Information Services

Introducing the Click and Collect Library Loans service
A new service to collect library loans from the campus, while minimising contact

As both libraries have had drop-in visitors and pleading emails since pupil-free days began, we are endeavouring to meet this demonstrated need, but in a method that minimises contact and duration on site.

Therefore, commencing today the JS and SS Libraries are offering a Click and Collect Library Loans service.
Parents/students can complete the PK-4 and/or 5-12 form that is linked on the ROL COVID-19 Information page.

The Library team will process the requests (subject to availability), package it up, and leave outside the nominated Library for a dart-in-dart-out collection.

Digital Resources
We strongly encourage our community to use the Library’s large collection of online videoseBooks, and eAudiobooks. Staff and students can access them via ROL > Library (student/staff login required).

You can peruse and use our online collections 24/7 from the comfort of your home! We’ve recently added over 4000 ebooks to the collection and even more are in the production line.

FAQs and Resources
See the Radford Online pages COVID-19 Library & Information Services Support for information on the Library’s services in the COVID-19 era (available to all users, login required).
