The first day of Year 11 started with students getting onto buses at 7am on Monday morning. 175 Year 11 students set off to Tathra for the Year 11 Retreat.

The Year 11 Retreat is a great opportunity for students to get to know their tutor group and their tutor. The 17 new students to the College were made very welcome by current students. The students participated in activities such as 'putt putt' golf, raft building, and various sports, as well as a meditation session, a expectations talk from the Head of Year. The current College Captains gave up their time to run a session from a student's perspective. The aim of Year 11 Retreat is to bond as a tutor group and to set in the right mindset for Senior Schooling.
