Creative writing success

Radford English students from Year 7 to 12 have recently been recognised both locally and internationally. Anvi Gupta (Year 8) won a Gold Award in the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition, entered by students from around the globe. Anvi was also one of two students from Radford (the other Genevieve Lo from Year 12) to receive a Short List Award from The ACT LitLinks Awards for Creative Writing. Litlinks also issued Achievement Awards to the following students: Liliane Alblas, Daniel Flynn, Ernie Hodgkinson, Eloise Flynn, Mion Kirk, Jason Lua-Xia, Josie Truswell, Terry Yang, Lily Kelly-Ebbeck, Stephen Pantazetzis, Dinu Ranatunga and Sonia Vlatkovic.
