Taekwondo
During the October School Holidays, Aaron Choy (Year 11) competed in 3 international Taekwondo competitions in Tahiti, including the 2022 Oceania Championships, where he competed for Australia.

In all 3 competitions, Aaron took home all Gold – an absolutely amazing achievement. Later this year Aaron will be representing ACT at the 2022 Australian Taekwondo National Championships and then travelling to Korea for 2 weeks intensive training.

Football
Aspiring Young Matildas, Latisha Babic (Year 12) and Sophia Doumos (Year 11), were recently both selected to represent the ACT at Football Australia Girls National Training Centre (NTC) Challenge at the AIS.

Featuring state teams from across the country, the NTC Challenge is an important talent-identification event, and another step on the pathway to national team selection for Under 18 players. It gives players the opportunity to showcase their talent in front of Football Australia and Australian National Team selectors.

Both girls played tremendously well throughout the entire tournament.
