Grant applications open

Do you have an idea to restore birdhouses in the Junior School, sell cups of soup on a frosty winter morning at the sports oval to raise money for charity, or fund art supplies for budding young artists visiting a local aged care facility? Perhaps you’ve imagined transforming a blank wall at school into a vibrant mural.

The Radford College Parents & Friends 2026 Grants Round is now open and closes on Friday, 22 May 2026. A total of up to $20,000 is available to fund successful grants.

At Radford College, we believe in fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that nurtures the potential of every student. With that in mind, we have established a dedicated fund to support projects and initiatives that align with our core values, enhancing the educational experience of our students.

This year’s grants will prioritise ideas and projects that help create a stronger sense of belonging across our community.

This is your chance to turn your vision into reality and contribute to the growth and development of our school community.

Key details:

1. Grant Categories: Grants will be awarded in various categories, including but not limited to academics, arts and culture, sports and athletics, sustainability, community engagement, and technology.

2. Eligibility: All members of the College community are eligible to apply – whether you’re a teacher, student, parent, or staff member, we encourage you to submit your grant proposals.

3. Application Guidelines: To ensure that your proposal is considered, please follow the application guidelines provided. The guidelines will include information on proposal format, budget considerations, and evaluation criteria.

4. Grant Amounts: The grant amounts will vary depending on the nature and scope of the project. We encourage applicants to provide a detailed budget and funding plan in their proposals.

5. Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting grant proposals is Friday 22 May 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted, so please make sure to submit your proposals on time.

6. Evaluation Process: All proposals will undergo careful review and evaluation by a grants committee. The committee will assess each proposal based on its alignment with our core values, feasibility, creativity, and potential impact.

7. Grant Award Announcement: Once the evaluation process is complete, the selected grant recipients will be notified via email and details posted on our social media accounts.
