Building works update, 24 Nov 2021

The development program continues to progress well. Students and staff can begin to see new facilities on the campus starting to take shape. The carpark is anticipated to be completed in early December.

Progress for the new sports courts has met some challenges as the wet weather has impeded progress on sensitive high-voltage electrical works.

The request for tenders for the main building works contract has been released to the market and responses are anticipated in early December. The tender phase for the project marks an important milestone as we approach the transition from ‘planning and designing’ to ‘building and implementing’.
