Unlocking wellbeing during lockdown
Simply Mindful Canberra have two online sessions on unlocking wellbeing during lockdown. The first starts this afternoon. They can be done together or separately. They are inexpensive and run by experienced mindfulness practitioners.

Introduction to Mindful Self Compassion
An online introduction to Mindful Self Compassion is being offered for teens and caregivers on Friday, 17 September from 9-10am Canberra time (it’s being run in the USA).
The online workshop includes self-compassion exercises and practices and introduces the Making Friends with Yourself course.
The full 8-week Making Friends with Yourself program teaches participants how to:
- be kind to yourself when you are struggling
- reduce stress and anxiety
- handle difficult emotions with greater ease
- strengthen resiliency and positivity
- increase capacity to advance toward goals
- feel less alone in struggles
- become the best version of yourself.
