Join the Push-Up Challenge
By Charlotte Taylor and Katie Ceniza-Drake, Year 12 Student Organisers
From 1-23 June, Radford College is taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, challenging students and staff to complete 3,144 push-ups in total (about 137 push-ups per day).
Each day, participants will complete a different number of push-ups and receive a mental health fact, which relates to mental health statistics in Australia. If participants prefer not to do push-ups, they can also complete squats, star jumps, or sit-ups.
The Push-Up Challenge aims to spread awareness about positive mental health.
The challenge is free to sign up to and there will be a pizza lunch for the winning team.
