The Parents & Friends Association (P&F) plays a vital role in strengthening the Radford College community, fostering connection and supporting College initiatives through volunteering, fundraising and events.
People
The P&F is led by an elected Executive Committee, supported by sub-committees and dedicated volunteers. The Committee works in partnership with College leadership to ensure initiatives benefit students and enhance the life of the Radford community.
Executive Committee – President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Publicity Officer.
General Committee – parent representatives, event coordinators and volunteers.

How to Join
All Radford parents and carers are automatically members of the P&F. If you’d like to play a more active role, you can:
- Attend P&F meetings (dates published in the Bulletin and on the website).
- Volunteer at P&F events or activities.
- Nominate for a Committee position at the Annual General Meeting.
Whether you have only a few hours available or can commit more time, your involvement at any level helps build a stronger, connected community.

Events
The P&F hosts a wide range of events each year to bring families together and support College life. These include social gatherings, fundraising events and community building activities such as the Twilight Fete, the Art Show and trivia nights.
Constitution
The Parents & Friends Association operates under its official Constitution, which outlines its objectives, membership, governance and meeting requirements. The P&F exists to:
- Promote fellowship among parents, staff and students
- Provide opportunities for parents to support the College through service and fundraising
- Strengthen the sense of community and belonging at Radford.
