Browning Early Learning Centre

Radford College’s Pre-Kindergarten program provides a warm and nurturing start to a child’s learning journey. Grounded in the College’s values of Truth, Compassion and Wisdom, the program supports each child’s natural curiosity while developing the social, emotional and cognitive foundations for lifelong learning.

With purpose-built facilities, students benefit from a safe, supportive and stimulating environment designed specifically for young learners. As part of Radford’s connected Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 journey, our Early Learning Centre (ELC) offers a seamless transition into Junior School, ensuring students feel known, valued and prepared for the next stage of their education.

Learning areas

At the heart of our Pre-Kindergarten program is the Reggio Emilia approach, an internationally recognised philosophy that views children as capable, curious and active participants in their own learning. This approach values inquiry, creativity and collaboration, encouraging students to explore their world through play, discovery and meaningful relationships.

The program also draws from the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework, enriching learning through global perspectives and inquiry-led experiences.
