Strategic Plan
Our Strategic Plan sets the vision for Radford’s future. It reflects our commitment to be a dynamic, innovative and inclusive co-educational school acclaimed for academic excellence, pastoral care and a strong community spirit. Delivered within the Christian framework in the Anglican tradition, we provide our students with a holistic and inspiring education that enables them to reach their full potential through learning experiences which build character, foster wellbeing and prepare them to contribute meaningfully to society.
Sustainability
Radford is proud to be recognised as a leader in sustainable practices. Guided by our Sustainability Working Group, we integrate environmental responsibility into daily life, from resource use and waste reduction to curriculum initiatives and community engagement.
In 2024, the College received an Early Adopter Award in the ACT Climate Choices Schools Awards, and in 2025, Radford became the first College in the ACT to receive 4 stars in the Sustainable Schools Program (SSP). Green initiatives such as the EV charging station on campus, the installation of energy efficient lighting throughout the College, and the investment in 3 worm farms to divert food scraps from landfills, are just some of the ways we are embedding sustainability across the campus and inspiring students to take action for a brighter future.
